These terms apply to your use of www.givv-shop.com and to purchases from GIVV-SHOP. By placing an order, you agree to them.

1. OUR PRODUCTS
We describe each piece as accurately as we can, including materials, measurements and, for fine jewelry, any stated certification. Lab-grown diamonds are always identified as lab-grown. Colors may appear slightly different on different screens. Handmade pieces may vary slightly from one to the next. Pre-owned pieces are described with their condition notes and photographs and may show signs of previous use, as described.

2. PRICES AND PAYMENT
All prices are in US dollars (USD). Your order total, including shipping and any applicable taxes, is shown at checkout before you pay. We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full.

3. OFFERS
WELCOME88 gives 8.8% off a customer's first order. One use per customer. Valid until December 31, 2026. It cannot be combined with other offers.

4. ORDERS
Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item becomes unavailable or a payment cannot be verified. If we do, you will receive a full refund.

5. SHIPPING, RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Delivery, returns and refunds are governed by our Shipping Policy and our Return & Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All content on this website, including text, photography and design, belongs to GIVV-SHOP or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without permission. Third-party brand names belong to their respective owners. GIVV-SHOP is not affiliated with or endorsed by those brands. Pre-owned branded items are resold as individual second-hand pieces.

7. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under applicable consumer protection law.

8. GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. This does not affect any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.

9. CHANGES
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order applies to that order.
