RETURN & REFUND POLICY

We want every piece to earn its place in your wardrobe. If something isn't right, you may return it under the terms below.

RETURN WINDOW
You may request a return within 14days of delivery.

CONDITION
Returned items must be unworn, undamaged, unworn, unused, unwashed and unaltered, in their original packaging, with all tags attached. Fine jewelry must be returned with its certificate, where one was included, and its original box. Items that do not meet these conditions may be refused or returned to you.

FINAL SALE ITEMS
The following cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged, faulty or not as described:
- Pre-owned and consignment pieces, including pre-owned designer handbags
- Jewelry that has been resized, engraved or customized at your request
- Earrings, for hygiene reasons
- Any item marked "final sale" on its product page

HOW TO RETURN
1. Email contact@givv-shop.com with your order number, the item you'd like to return and the reason.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions. Items sent back without a return authorization cannot be accepted.
3. Ship the item back with a tracked service. For fine jewelry, we recommend an insured service.

RETURN SHIPPING
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer. The exception is an item that arrived damaged or faulty, or that is not what you ordered.

REFUNDS
When your return arrives, we inspect it and email you to confirm. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of approval. Your bank may take a few additional days to post the credit.

EXCHANGES
We don't offer direct exchanges. To change a size or color, please return the original item and place a new order.

DAMAGED, FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If a piece arrives damaged or faulty, or isn't what you ordered, email contact@givv-shop.com within 5 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We will review it promptly and offer a replacement or a refund, including original shipping. You won't pay return shipping.
